3 large eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp granulated sweetener of choice (optional)
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk together till well mixed.
2. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined well, then mix in your sweetener/liquid of choice if desired. Pour batter into a loaf pan (either greased or lined with parchment paper). Bake for about 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean from the center of the loaf.
3. Remove from oven and let cool, then slice and enjoy!
