Hand warmers
Hand warmers for synthetic urine can be a great way to keep synthetic urine warm. These heated pads come in many different styles and sizes. In addition, most synthetic urine kits come with a heating pad. After mixing the chemicals in the pouch, the warming pad will generate heat and keep synthetic urine warm for several hours.
The ideal temperature for synthetic urine is 37 degrees Celsius. If the sample is below this range, the test will fail. Using hand warmers can help regulate the temperature of the fake urine before submitting it for testing. Before using a hand warmer, be sure to put the sample in a plastic container that is sealed well.
Some manufacturers recommend using two hand warmers to speed up the warming process. However, hand warmers can overheat
urine, so be careful. If your urine is too warm, the laboratory may not accept it.
Microwave
Many people have heard of using a microwave to warm synthetic urine. However, this method can be problematic. A microwave is not always safe for urine and could even damage the fake urine. Luckily, there are alternatives. Hand warmers are a good option for people who do not own a microwave, and they can be purchased almost anywhere. Sometimes, they even come with a synthetic urine set.
You can also use a heating pad or hand warmer. Hand warmers are inexpensive and work just as well as a heating pads. The hand warmer will allow the synthetic urine to warm up faster and is a great alternative to a heating pad. The microwave will also jump-start the artificial pee, but be careful not to overheat it. You want to keep it between 98 degrees Fahrenheit.
Another option is to place the urine sample on a warm body part, such as an upper thigh or leg. This method is safe but time-consuming. If you don’t have a body warmer, you can use a chemical activator or heating pad to heat the synthetic urine.
Heat activator powder
Adding heat activator powder to synthetic urine can increase the temperature of the urine sample, making the urine more palatable. It can be used with concentrated or dried urine compositions. The powder should be added as close to the time of submission as possible. Once you have purchased the heat activator, follow the instructions carefully. Only use the heat activator after the synthetic urine is submitted.
Heat activator powder is usually mixed with synthetic urine powder and should be added in small amounts. Typically, one-third of the powder is sufficient to raise the urine sample’s temperature. Unlike heating pads, heat activator powder is more effective and reacts faster. However, it’s important to note that too much powder can invalidate the sample.
The heat activator is hygroscopic and should be provided in a sealed container. These containers can be airtight vials or pouches. They should be mixed with the synthetic urine composition before storing. Then, the container should be flushed with a non-reactive gas, such as carbon dioxide or nitrogen.
Duracell batteries
A Duracell battery can keep synthetic urine warm for up to four hours. These batteries work similarly to an oven and maintain a constant temperature. This temperature is necessary to ensure the quality of your synthetic urine sample. You can place the urine pouch in the heater unit for approximately 10 seconds before placing it in the Urinator. The device has a computer chip powered by two 9-volt Duracell batteries.
Another way to keep synthetic urine warm is to use a heating pad. These pads work by heating the urine sample with a source of heat close to the urine’s source. Heating pads generally work for eight hours, but it is important to note that the heating process will take longer if you do not use a heating pad. Some synthetic urine kits do not come with heating pads, however. However, they will provide you with heat activator powder, usually lithium chloride.
Using the heating device is easy. First, fill a bag with synthetic urine, attach the battery, and wait until the temperature indicator reaches 98 and 100 degrees. Then use a test strip to measure the temperature.
